Frequently Asked Questions

  • After you have sent us an inquiry, you will receive an offer from us within 24 hours. As soon as you have accepted the offer, we will send you an invoice. Once this has been paid, your tents and any extras are reserved for you.

     

    We will arrange an appointment for the collection and return of the tents. When we pick up and return, we fill out an inventory form together to make sure that everything you booked is there and that we get everything back when you return it. 

    • Tent including assembly instructions, 6 screws and 2 matching Allen keys

    • Air bed including electric air pump

    • Blanket, inflatable pillow, decorative pillows, covers and sheets

    • A tray that is great for eating, doing crafts or as a bedside table with a small lantern

    • Plenty of decorative material, for example fairy lights and dream catchers including spare batteries

  • The first tent might take you 15 minutes, but once you get the hang of it, you can do it in 10 minutes. To inflate the mattresses, we provide an electric air pump, which makes things quick. If you don't feel like covering the blankets and pillows yourself, we'll be happy to do it for you for €5 per set. You will then receive the blankets and pillows from us already covered.

  • Our tents are 1x1m in size, the mattresses are 190cm long and 70cm wide.

  • If we still have the items you want for your appointment in stock, you are welcome to book additional items at short notice.

  • Our warehouse is conveniently located in Mahlsdorf, directly on the B1.

    You will receive a detailed map from us when you book.

  • The costs for pickup and delivery directly to your home are between €80 and €120, depending on where you live. However, we cannot offer delivery on every date, so please ask us first. 

  • If you have booked delivery and collection, we can also take care of the assembly, dismantling and decoration for you. The cost is €20 per tent. Please ensure that the area is already cleared when we arrive.

  • No, our tents are only suitable for indoor use.

  • Of course, it can happen that something breaks. As a rule, we do not charge any extra costs for this. However, if there is major damage or obviously willful destruction, we reserve the right to charge the costs for a new purchase. In any case, it is important that you let us know immediately if something is broken so that we can take care of a replacement or repair as quickly as possible and nothing stands in the way of the next party.
